Our Services
Step 1: Evaluation
We prioritize looking at your current smoke detectors/system to properly evaluate what needs to be altered or changed prior to inspection.
Step 2: Installation
Properly install any new equipment/hardware to meet the local/state/federal fire code.
Step 3: Inspection
Be on site the day of your inspection to make sure that all the needs of both you and the fire safety inspector are met.
Fees and Descriptions
Single Family - $125
Up to 3,000 Sqft
This fee includes a home evaluation of your current smoke detectors, installation of any detector we will have to install to meet fire depart. code, and to be at your home during the fire department’s smoke inspection.
They do not include the cost of detectors or additional equipment that may be needed to pass inspection.
If a property requires additional services beyond the scope of what we offer (ie Licensed Electrical Work) we can provide estimates and referrals..

The Need for Now
We recognize that not all homes are alike and may require additional electrical work to bring their systems up to fire code. We specialize in and are licensed for high & low voltage electrical work so that we can eliminate your need for multiple contractors.
If there is work that exceeds the scope - we are happy to suggest electrical contractors we regularly work with.

The realtor is not involved with the billing process. All invoices are due at the time of the fire department’s inspection and must be paid in full to receive the certificate.
